Hardwood Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF)
Hardwood Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) is the most common type of playground safety surfacing. If you want a relatively inexpensive, natural-looking playground that meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, Hardwood Engineered Wood Fiber is the mulch for you. EWF, as with all of our playground safety surfacing products, meets Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) recommendations as well. This product is sold by the cubic yard and is rated for fall heights up to 12 feet.
